The NPFL will resume action across the country this Sunday, as League leader Plateau United will lock horns in an encounter with Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium, a win against the Masu Gida at home will give the visiting Jos side a comfortable seat at the top.
Second position MFM FC will be hosting Eyimba FC,(live on @supersporttv ) the Olukoya boys who had an away win in there last match in Abeokuta will be aiming to keep the fire on at the Agege Stadium to close up with Plateau United, who is playing away.
Both on 47 point Ifeanyi Ubah FC will welcome Nasarawa United in Nnewi, Sunshine Stars of Akure will host 3rd place Akwa United at the Akure Township Stadium.
In other matches Wikki Tourist at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa stadium will be playing struggling 2015/2016 NPFL Champions Ranger International, Lobi Stars against Abia Warriors, and Niger Tornados against El-Kanemi Warriors.
Relegation threatening team matches will see Shootings Stars of Ibadan up against Gombe United who are 3 point below them on the 19th position, the Oluyole Warriors will be hoping to but behind them, there last match lost against the League leader in Jos when they take on the Desert Scorpions at the Lekan Salami Stadium, while the bottom team Remo Stars will be the guest of ABS FC, a fellow relegation battling team at Ilorin.
The last match for week 33 will be on Monday at the Liberation Stadium when Rivers United host Kastina United.
