I am Daniel. I was disappointed and displeased with Air Peace service today, Saturday, August 9, 2019. I was on Flight P47082 from Lagos to Abuja.
I booked a flight for myself, wife and daughter with two items of luggage weighing 28kg and 32kg which is in line with the required luggage weight.
Air Peace staff insisted that since we didn’t use the same booking reference, we must pay for excess luggage otherwise we split the luggage to 20kg each before we can be allowed.
A sad experience, I want to say without any iota of doubt that AirPeace has turned to something else. If I have planned a trip and my wife decided to join me later, is it a bad thing, must Air Peace insist we go buy Ghana-must-go to repack our items of luggage?
AZMAN never treated us like this when we were on our way to Lagos.
I advise passengers to chose wisely when traveling, Air Peace is on their way down… I can see it. This is how some that have been relegated started. AirPeace is on that path.
AIR PEACE IS NO LONGER PEACEFUL
AIR PEACE -A DEPOSIT OF DISAPPOINTMENTS
AirPeace is no longer peaceful but full of disappointments. The spirit behind AirPeace is dead. Being in existence for 6 years, Air Peace no longer keep to promises made.
Are you familiar with the statement below:
Dear Esteemed Passenger, We apologize for the disruption to your travel which is due to an operational reason. Your revised departure time …is now… Air Peace regrets all the inconvenience caused.
This trend has caused a lot of people fortune, some have missed important appointment like job interviews, contract meeting, etc. AirPeace regrets has done no one good. Should a poll be conducted online on this terrible trend of flight postponements, more people have been disappointed and does not know what to do.
The Government agencies overseeing the aviation sector is very much aware but have decided to look away.
The way out for me now is patronizing other airlines because AirPeace is full of disappointments.
If you have been hit by this disappointment, share your experience and let’s broadcast this disservice on our social media space until there is a change.
