The Samsung Galaxy S20 (until recently known as the Samsung Galaxy S11) has been officially revealed at Samsung’s Unpacked event, and what follows is the official Livestream video, so you can catch up on the big event and its reveals, as well as our overview of what was announced.
It’s was a BIG show, with three new S20 phones, the foldable Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ announced, and it can be watched right now in its entirety. Simply click play on the video below to watch.
The device has now been unveiled to the world at Unpacked 2020 in San Francisco (which also saw the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, foldable Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus has shown off)
This device is the cheapest handset from Samsung in the new range, and while it’s not the most affordable phone that the brand has launched, it does bring significant improvements to the camera, battery and offers 5G by default in many places.
This is the phone if you want to try out the new tech that Samsung has to offer – sure, you could go for the Ultra if you want more storage or a 108MP camera, but for day-to-day use, the phone is going to be fine for most people.
The 6.2-inch display is packed with more visually impressive and fluid tech and three cameras on the rear are going to be enough for most people – especially combined with 8K video recording (we’ll gloss over the fact that’s a thing nobody is asking for on their phone right now).
